A full SaaS invoicing platform — secure portal, Stripe billing, and AI-powered invoicing
The Challenge
ZeroDue wanted to launch a modern invoicing platform for UK freelancers, contractors, and small service businesses. Not a brochure site — a real product. That meant a secure client portal, paid plans powered by Stripe, a fast invoicing workflow, and AI that genuinely shortens the day-to-day.
Our Solution
We designed and shipped the entire product end to end. The portal includes a dashboard, invoices, clients, estimates, recurring billing, expenses, and analytics, with secure authentication and per-business workspaces so a single user can run multiple companies. Stripe powers the Free, Professional, and Enterprise plans with self-serve upgrades and cancellations. An AI assistant sits across the portal to draft invoices, summarise activity, and answer product questions, while our Companies House integration turns invoice creation into a one-search task — type a company name or number and the UK address and registered details autofill in seconds. We also built the public marketing site at zerodue.co to land the launch.
