The terms, plainly
- Price: £999 if your deposit is paid by the end of 30 November 2026. £2,400 from 1 December.
- Places: 5. It is a small studio and that is what we can build properly in a month.
- Payment: 50% to start, 50% on launch.
- Timeline: live within 2 weeks of us receiving your content.
- Ownership: you own the website and the code from day one. No contract.
- Optional care plan: £49/month for hosting, updates and small edits. Month to month, 30 days' notice.
Questions
Why is it this cheap when your site says custom websites cost £2,000 and up?
Because the scope is fixed and small, and because it is a launch price on a new package. Five pages, one round of revisions, your content. We are taking five of these at this price. From 1 December the same package is £2,400.
How do I pay?
50% to start and 50% on launch. There is no contract and nothing monthly unless you choose the optional care plan.
What is the care plan?
Optional, £49/month: hosting, updates and small edits, month to month with 30 days' notice. You can skip it and host the site yourself, because you own the site and the code from day one.
What counts as ordering by 30 November?
Your 50% deposit paid by the end of 30 November 2026. The build itself can start after that.
What if I need more than five pages, or a shop?
Then this is not the right package, and we will say so. Tell us what you need and we will send a fixed quote.
