A bespoke website, a CMS the client controls, and a full multi-role property portal

The Challenge
Snow White Property Management didn't want a brochure site they'd have to call a developer to change — and they didn't want to keep running the business on spreadsheets, email chains and lost paperwork either. They needed a premium, fast, mobile-first website that reflected their personal, high-touch brand, the freedom to update every word, list and blog post themselves, and a reliable enquiry flow that reassures customers. On top of that, they needed a secure, role-based portal where their team, their landlords and their tenants could manage properties, rent, maintenance, compliance and documents together.
Our Solution
We built a custom Next.js 16 site (React Server Components and Server Actions) backed by a purpose-built, Supabase-powered CMS designed around how the team actually works: a friendly admin panel lets non-technical staff edit any section's copy, manage lists like services and FAQs, and run a full blog editor — with role-based access (Admin vs Editor) enforced both in the UI and at the database level by Row-Level Security, a live activity log, and instant publishing via tag-based cache invalidation. Every enquiry sends two authenticated emails: a lead notification to the team (reply-to wired to the customer) and an instant branded confirmation to the customer. We then went beyond the website and shipped a secure, real-time property portal on the same stack — landlords get a live dashboard of their properties, rent and arrears, compliance certificates and documents; tenants raise maintenance and chat with their landlord in real time; and the agency onboards users by invitation, broadcasts announcements, shares paperwork and keeps every landlord on top of their compliance. Messaging streams live over Supabase Realtime, private documents are served through short-lived signed URLs, and Row-Level Security guarantees each landlord and tenant only ever sees their own data.
