A clean, no-nonsense site for a London residential construction company

Lirad Limited is a small construction firm covering bathrooms, kitchens, plastering, tiling, and end-of-tenancy refurbishments across Greater London. Their positioning is the opposite of the typical builder pitch — "doing the work, not selling it." The site needed to match that: clear, calm, no stock photos shouting at you, and easy for both homeowners and letting agents to get a straight quote.

We designed a typography-led site that puts the work front and centre — services, areas covered, response times, and how to get in touch. No carousel sliders, no overblown imagery, just the information a private homeowner or a letting agent needs to book a job. Built on Next.js for speed and shipped with proper local SEO foundations so Lirad shows up for the searches that actually convert.
